AraHina Facilitation Consultancy
Finding the right voice, reaching the right people

The project:
AraHina is a Māori-led facilitation consultancy founded by Katerina. They work with organisations, whānau, hapū, and iwi across Aotearoa to build strategies that are grounded in te ao Māori and actually usable. When Social Good came on board in 2025, AraHina had a clear offering and a strong kaupapa. What they did not yet have was an online presence to match.
We partnered with Katerina to launch AraHina's brand online, set up their social media channels, and put in place the systems to turn that visibility into real enquiries and bookings.
The challenge:
AraHina was starting from scratch online. The mahi was to change that without losing what made AraHina special in the first place.
Katerina's voice, her pūrākau, and her way of showing up in a room are at the core of what AraHina does. Any content that did not reflect that would not land. The work needed to feel real, not like a brand exercise, it needed mana, not just polish.

Our role
We built AraHina's social presence, developing a visual identity and reo that felt true to the kaupapa.
Early on it became clear that when Katerina spoke directly to her audience, people responded. We leant into that, building content around her voice and her mahi in action. That approach became the engine for lead generation.
The results
AraHina's channels are growing and reaching the right people. Content featuring Katerina directly has consistently driven the strongest engagement and enquiry, and the foundation we are building together will keep delivering well beyond any single kaupapa.
The impact
AraHina now has an online presence that reflects who they are and what they do. The right people can find them, understand what they offer, and feel confident enough to get in touch, to kōrero, to connect, to build a relationship.
For a business built on making strategy clear and accessible, that kind of visibility is not a bonus. That is the whole point.
